Tool Kit Depot is on the lookout for an experienced Account Manager to join our growing team, covering the Southern Suburbs of Adelaide. You will build strong, meaningful relationships.
With a legacy dating back to the 1940s, we're the go-to for trades and businesses needing the best tools, workwear, repairs, and safety gear. We're all about quality, loyalty, and getting the job done.
What You'll Be Up To:
- Hitting the road for site visits to understand our customers' needs and delivering tailored solutions
- Using your market smarts and competitor know-how to tackle challenges and seize new opportunities
- Teaming up with our Store Teams and other Account Managers to ensure the best customer experience
- Driving sales, hitting targets, and maintaining profitable partnerships
- Ensuring our account customers have everything they need to get the job done – from the right gear to expert service
What You Need:
- Strong communication skills and strategic thinking
- A passion for sales and delivering exceptional customer service
- Ability to build and maintain long-lasting client relationships
- Excellent time management and organisational skills to manage multiple accounts and targets
- A proactive attitude, resilience, and a commitment to continuous learning
- Willingness to travel regionally and interstate as needed
