Overview

Domestic Assistant role at HenderCare in Adelaide (North, Central, West and South regions). Casual shifts with flexible hours in and around the Adelaide area.

Responsibilities
  • General house cleaning (vacuuming, mopping, dusting, etc.)
  • Assisting with laundry and linen changing
  • Meal preparation
  • Unaccompanied shopping
  • Maintaining a clean, hygienic, and comfortable home environment according to the individual needs
About You / Key Requirements
  • Compassionate, reliable, and proactive; able to support independence and wellbeing in clients' homes
  • Previous experience in domestic assistance, cleaning, or similar roles (preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Reliable, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
  • Physical ability to perform cleaning and household tasks
  • Current driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
  • Availability for flexible working hours to support multiple clients
