We are seeking experienced Behaviour Support Practitioners to join our Positive Behaviour Support team. You will bring expertise, maturity, and strong time management and organisational skills to the role.
You will be providing supports to NDIS participants in Caringbah, Wollongong & surrounding areas.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting NDIS participants, along with their families and/or carers, to identify their needs through assessment and person-centred planning.
- Evaluating, developing and delivering evidence-based support plans within a complex support space.
- Developing meaningful goals and practical strategies utilising a positive behaviour support framework.
- Building the knowledge, capacity and strengths of those who support participants in their lives.
- Acting as an advocate and role model for best practice.
- Working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
To be considered suitable you will have:
- Current suitability at the Proficient OR Advanced level as a Behaviour Support Practitioner.
- Solid experience working as a Behaviour Support Practitioner.
- Completed a degree level qualification as an allied health professional.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- A proactive attitude, motivated by improvement.
- Genuine passion for working in the disability sector.
