Overview

We're on the lookout for a passionate and experienced Team Leader to join the opening team of our brand‑new venue located in the Porter House Hotel. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside a hatted chef in a high‑end dining environment that promises excellence in both service and cuisine.

What We're Looking For
  • Lead and support front‑of‑house staff during service
  • Ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations and excellent customer service
  • Assist with staff training, scheduling, and performance management
  • Monitor food safety, cleanliness, and hygiene standards
  • Handle customer feedback with professionalism and care
  • Collaborate with management on service improvements and promotions
  • Knowledge of food and wine, with a passion for the hospitality industry
