Job Description

    • Analyse business requirements and translate them into technical specs for infrastructure projects
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to align business goals with technical capabilities
    • Document and manage business processes to support project delivery
    • Identify and resolve gaps in infrastructure systems, with a focus on networks and VMware
    • Work closely with the technology team to implement scalable, secure solutions
    • Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather detailed requirements
    • Develop and maintain project documentation, including reports and presentations
    • Ensure successful delivery of infrastructure projects within scope, time, and budget

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience in infrastructure projects
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Experience documenting business requirements and processes
  • Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Relevant qualification in technology, business, or related field
  • Solid understanding of network infrastructure and VMware environments
