About The Role (What You'll Be Doing)We're currently looking for passionate Nurse Practitioners to support thousands of Australians with chronic conditions. Join our online medical support network of qualified specialists. You'll have the ability to work from home or from our Sydney office. You can choose shifts that fit your schedule (minimum of 15 hours per week).
- Conduct telehealth consultations with patients, including assessing, screening, diagnosing and prescribing medication for patients as necessary
- Adhere to our platform guidelines and policies and complete all required training
- Provide an exceptional clinical experience for patients through the delivery of prompt and empathetic care on the platform
- Australian Citizen / Australian Permanent Resident / Temporary Resident
- Qualified Nurse Practitioner with AHPRA registration without restrictions
- Demonstrated experience in primary care conditions; telehealth experience is a plus
- Ability to obtain a provider number to facilitate pathology testing only (No use of MBS attendance item numbers – refer and request only)
- Valid medical indemnity insurance
- Skilled at using technology to deliver care and communicate with patients
- Ability to make timely and accurate referral decisions based on clinical expertise; able to manage stressful situations
- Strong communication with patients, health professionals and team members
- Work with a passionate multidisciplinary team focused on improving patient experience on our platform
- Impactful patient outcomes, including support for meaningful weight loss goals through continuous access to care and education
- Administrative relief through a technology platform that automates workflows and supports telehealth-based care
- Robust clinical governance with protocols and audit systems to ensure safe, high-quality care
