About You We\'re looking for high-energy, customer-focused individuals who are passionate about health, wellness, and fitness.

• You ask the right questions to understand customer goals and recommend the best products

What You'll Be Doing

• Providing exceptional customer service
• Driving sales and achieving KPIs
• Assisting with stock control and inventory
• Promoting our store via social media
• Contributing to visual merchandising
• Carrying out general administration and housekeeping tasks

What You'll Bring

• Strong customer service and sales experience
• Confidence in working towards KPIs and sales targets
• Sound knowledge of vitamins, health food, and basic sports supplements
• Previous experience in a health food/supplement store is highly regarded
• Qualifications in nutrition or fitness (desirable but not essential)
• Basic computer skills – experience with Retail Express or similar POS is a plus
