About the Role
BOSS Engineering is seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Paint – General Labourer to join our Paint team in Inverell. This is a hands-on role supporting our powder coating and painting operations — ideal for someone who is physically fit, eager to learn, and takes pride in being part of a hardworking team that delivers quality results.

What You'll Do

  • Rack and hang parts ready for painting
  • Learn and contribute to powder coating operations and equipment maintenance
  • Prepare components using shot blasting and sandblasting equipment
  • Organise and move parts through the painting process
  • Maintain a tidy work area and ensure safe work practices
  • Support the Paint team and other departments as required
  • Operate forklifts (if licensed) and assist with general labouring duties

What You'll Bring

  • Physically capable of manual labour and repetitive tasks
  • Positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn new skills
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
  • High attention to safety and quality standards
  • Forklift licence (desirable, not essential)

Hours & Conditions
7:00am to 3:30pm Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 1:00pm on Fridays. Overtime may be available based on production needs.
