Role Overview

This is a hands-on position supporting our powder coating and painting operations as a Powder Coating Technician.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Rack and hang parts ready for painting
  • Assist with powder coating operations, equipment maintenance and other labouring duties
  • Prepare components using shot blasting and sandblasting equipment
  • Organise and move parts through the painting process
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area, adhering to quality standards
  • Support other departments as required
  • Operate forklifts (if licensed)

Requirements:

  • Physically capable of manual labour and repetitive tasks
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
  • High attention to safety and quality standards
  • Forklift licence (desirable)
