About You

The Department of Management & Organisations, School of Management, RMIT University Australia, is seeking to recruit an academic faculty at the Lecturer (Level B) level in Management and Leadership.

To Be Successful In This Role, You Will Possess

• A PhD in Management or Leadership
• An emerging outstanding research track record with quality outputs in terms of publications, research funding and industry engagement.
• Ability to design and deliver quality curriculum or program materials at undergraduate and post-graduate levels in Management and Leadership, including online delivery.
• Ability to undertake course coordination role inclusive of course design, development, and management.
• Strong capacity to support and work sensitively with students to enhance their learning experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a commitment to teamwork and interdisciplinary collaboration both internally and externally.
• (Desirable) Experience supervising higher degree by research candidates.
