Job Opportunity: Senior Associate / Special Counsel - Commercial Litigation

Assist in leading a team of 12 lawyers in a dynamic legal environment, handling a broad range of work including IP, employment, and corporate dispute work, with options for WFH.

  • Focus on disputes related to the Corporations Act, breach of contract, Competition & Consumer Act 2010, and other corporate law issues.
  • Lead a team comprising three Partners, three Associates, two Senior Associates, and junior lawyers.
Skills & Responsibilities

We seek a commercial litigation lawyer at Senior Associate or Special Counsel level who is eager for greater autonomy. Barristers will also be considered.

You will primarily work on District, Supreme, and Federal Court cases, with a team supporting you. The role offers a clear promotion pathway, leadership coaching, and soft skills development.
