The Role
Join our Audio team as a Quality Advisor – where you will help drive a culture of continuous improvement across the Audio division, focusing on content output, craft and growing the audience.
As a member of the Audio Quality team, you'll deliver training support, coaching and feedback across programming that includes talk, podcasts, music and sport.
You'll design and facilitate workshops as well as provide highly specialised feedback to presenters and producers on ways to improve the quality of content and presentation.
You will liaise with heads of our audio networks, managers and content directors on issues of quality and the development needs of teams and individuals.
To excel in this position, you will be able to demonstrate significant experience in delivering development, support, mentoring and training to audio content makers with a diversity of skills and backgrounds.
You will possess exceptional leadership, negotiation and communication skills with significant experience in planning and delivering innovative and original content across all platforms.
You're a natural organiser with an outstanding ability to apply initiative and judgement, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
We're looking for a proactive, people-focused professional with a solid understanding of audio content and a talent for solving problems before they start.
