Now, we're looking for a Process Operator to join our Wellcamp team and help keep our food processing and packing lines running smoothly.

The role:

In this hands-on role, you'll be responsible for the end-to-end operation of our food production and packing lines, ensuring quality, efficiency, and safety are front of mind.

What you'll be doing:

  • Performing pre-op checks and equipment setup to keep production on schedule
  • Operating and troubleshooting machinery in Medium Care and Low Care areas
  • Conducting on-line quality checks
  • Cleaning and carrying out basic maintenance on machines and equipment
  • Following all food safety regulations and work instructions
  • Pitching in across other factory areas when needed

What we're looking for:
  • A technical and problem-solving mindset towards food manufacturing
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience with HACCP and GMP
  • Comfortable working in cold environments
  • Strong communication skills and work ethic
  • Flexibility with shift times (starts between 6am and 8am)
  • Bonus points for a Certificate III in Food Processing or a forklift licence
