At NBMLHD, there is an excellent opportunity available for talented Registered Nurses to join our dedicated Accident & Emergency team in the Emergency Department in a Permanent or Temporary capacity. You will work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to plan, implement, and assess patient care, maintaining a professional standard supported by ethical nursing practices.

What You Will Bring To The Role
  • Current registration to practice as a Registered Nurse (Division 1) with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Authority (AHPRA)
  • Recent experience working in an acute care setting as a registered nurse (including completion of a new graduate RN program or equivalent experience working as a Registered Nurse)
  • Demonstrated ability to organise and prioritise work in a busy fast paced environment
  • Effective communication skills, verbal and written with demonstrated negotiation skills
  • Able to perform effectively as a team member in a multidisciplinary team environment
  • Ability to work 7 day rotating roster including morning, evening & night shift

Employment of a temporary visa holder may only occur if no suitable permanent resident or citizen of Australia has been identified and must not exceed the duration or conditions associated with the current visa.
