About the Role
We're seeking a skilled Maintenance Electrician to join our Gepps Cross Board Plant. This is a full-time permanent role with the option of straight Day shift 6am - 4pm Monday - Friday or on a rotating day / afternoon roster as below:

  • 1 week Day Shift: Monday – Friday 6am – 4pm
  • 1 week Afternoon Shift: Monday – Friday 4pm – 4am
  • Daily overtime applies after first 8 hours, RDO accrued monthly and Saturday's available at penalty rates

Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you'll play a vital role in keeping our plant running smoothly and safely.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform preventative and breakdown maintenance on production machinery.
  • Working with the production team and fitters to resolve issues with minimal downtime.
  • Contribute to project work, including installation and maintenance of machinery and equipment.
  • Work with PLCs, LV and HV systems monitoring and diagnosis.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing.
