The Chef de Partie will play a key role in our kitchen, supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in preparing and executing a high-quality menu. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented chef to contribute to our restaurant's success and showcase their culinary skills.

What You'll Do:

Prepare and cook dishes following established recipes and standards.

Ensure food quality and presentation meet the highest standards.

Train and mentor junior staff in various cooking techniques.

Monitor and manage food inventory to minimize waste and maintain freshness.

Maintain a clean and organized workstation and kitchen area.

Adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations at all times.

Collaborate with other departments for smooth operations and guest satisfaction.

Stay updated with industry trends and techniques.

Participate in menu tastings and special events as needed.

What You Bring:

Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in a reputable restaurant or hotel.

Culinary degree or relevant certification preferred.

Exceptional culinary skills with a strong knowledge of various cooking techniques.

Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Ability to motivate and inspire a team.

Understanding of food safety and sanitation regulations.

A passion for cooking and continuous learning.
