About The Role
Kinetic ITs talent team work hard to support the business with bringing in top tier talent. We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Advisor to support our early careers portfolio. This is a high volume role that requires running and managing our service desk roles within Kinetic IT. Furthermore, this role will manage our traineeship programme and cadetship recruitment.

Responsibilities will include:

• Taking role briefings to assist with resourcing account needs

• Managing the recruitment campaign end to end; from advertising and internal recruitment process to external advertising, managing multiple applications and using our ATS systems for administration and tracking

• Volume screening of candidates

• Running our assessment centres and traineeship programmes

• Appropriate use of tools such as LinkedIn, Seek, other forums/channels

• Working closely with managers and providing regular updates

• Managing external candidates through the process

• Complete administrative tasks in line with company SLAs

• Support any in house or external events supporting the TA and early career's function

• Assist with projects if required

What you'll bring to the table:

• Proven track record working in a recruitment advisory role supporting early careers

• Ability to work with volume applications whilst providing a seamless experience for both managers and candidates

• Any experience with Pageup would be highly regarded

• Experience presenting to a room of young starters would be highly regarded

• Strong stakeholder management

• Precision organisation

• Attention to detail and ability to manage administrative tasks efficiently
