Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bendigo, Victoria. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Environmental Consultant to support the delivery of environmental projects including assessments, site investigations, and remediation. This role involves fieldwork, technical reporting, and assisting senior team members in project execution. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, a commitment to safety, and an eagerness to grow within a supportive team environment.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct environmental assessments, site investigations, and remediation activities as part of project delivery.
  • Perform fieldwork, collect samples, and ensure quality and safety during site activities.
  • Prepare technical reports and assist senior team members with project execution and client communication.
Qualifications
  • Environmental Science and Environmental Consulting skills
  • Report Writing and Environmental Assessment skills
  • Environmental Compliance knowledge
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and client liaison skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Familiarity with local environmental regulations and standards
  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or a related field
Desirable (but not essential)
  • Experience with GIS, data analysis tools, or environmental monitoring equipment.
  • Construction White Card, First Aid, or other relevant field certifications.
