  Job Description
  • Drive retail sales and business development opportunities to achieve revenue targets.
  • Manage and oversee retail store operations, ensuring high standards of service and presentation.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to expand the customer base and market presence.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of retail staff, fostering a productive work environment.
  • Monitor and analyse sales performance, providing regular reports and actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align retail objectives with broader business goals.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations within the retail setting.

  The Successful Applicant
  
  A Successful BDM & Retail Manager Should Have
  • Proven experience in business development and retail management.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills within the retail industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and staff.
  • Analytical skills to interpret sales data and identify growth opportunities.
  • Knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management and visual merchandising.
