This role is your chance to take full ownership of a QLD territory backed by a tight, agile team who delivers what they promise, and a product with a reputation for quality and pace.

The Opportunity

Our client is a well-established business that designs and delivers high-spec, custom-built industrial structures across warehousing, logistics, manufacturing, and agribusiness sectors.

Theyre known for punching above their weight blending smart design, fast delivery, and premium product to win projects across regional and metro QLD. Now, theyre looking to build on that foundation and bring someone in who can drive their next phase of smart growth.

What Youll Be Doing

• Owning your region and driving project opportunities from concept to signed contract
• Building long-term relationships with buyers agents, property developers, consultants, and project managers
• Tapping into early-stage land activity, DA movements, and regional expansions
• Working alongside design, estimating, and marketing teams to shape proposals and win work
• Representing the brand at site visits, industry events, and field expos
• Bringing a commercial mindset and natural curiosity to help shape the growth strategy
  
  

What Youll Need

• Strong background in business development or territory sales in construction, modular buildings, industrial property, or related sectors
• A proactive, self-directed approach youre not waiting for leads, you create them
• Strong connections or networks across SEQ and regional QLD
• Confidence dealing with mid-size developers, agents, consultants, and project teams
• A genuine passion for building lasting relationships and seeing projects come to life
• Willingness to travel regionally and be onsite with clients and project partners

Qualifications

Proven experience in business development or client-facing sales roles within construction, property development, or industrial sectors

Strong existing network across SEQ and/or regional QLD, particularly with developers, buyers agents, project managers, or consultants

Experience working in or alongside design & construct (D&C), modular building, or industrial construction environments

Demonstrated ability to manage a territory independently and build a pipeline from scratch

Commercial literacy able to read plans, understand quoting and estimating, and engage confidently with stakeholders

Drivers license and willingness to travel across QLD as required

High-level communication and negotiation skills, with a solutions-oriented mindset

Self-motivated, resilient, and confident working autonomously
