Role: Trainer and Assessor (Explosive Ordnance) (NV1, N2 Clearance)

Location: Melbourne

NOTE: WE ARE LOOKING FOR SECURITY CLEARANCE NV1/NV2

As a Trainer and Assessor (Explosive Ordnance), you will play a crucial role in delivering structured training to equip participants with the essential skills and knowledge required in this field. Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Delivering structured training to equip participants with essential skills
  2. Conducting assessments at multiple locations
  3. Developing and updating training programs according to industry standards
  4. Upholding Defence Security Practices and supporting diverse learning needs
  5. Ensuring fair and quality assessments through validation

EXPERIENCE

  1. Cert IV in Training and Assessment and/or equivalent experience
  2. Strong experience in the Explosive Ordnance field
  3. Proficiency in IT systems and Microsoft Suite
  4. Previous experience within the Defence and/or logistics industry would be highly advantageous
