Position Overview

We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented QLD Sales Representative who can service our Brisbane and Sunshine Coast pharmacy clients. This role demands excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and an ability to sell across a large and diverse range.The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, nurturing key customer relationships and working with pharmacy clients across metro and regional areas, expanding our retail footprint in QLD.

What you'll do:

  • Manage and grow pharmacy accounts across the Brisbane and Sunshine Coast
  • Build long-term customer relationships with store owners, buyers, and pharmacy teams
  • Conductive in field market research to identify new business opportunities and understand industry trends
  • Implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets and expand market presence in QLD
  • Identify growth opportunities and execute promotions in-store
  • Promote StirlingFILDES' industry-leading products and wholesale offering
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer support

Qualifications and Skills

  • Experience:Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the Pharmacy Industry or related sectors.
  • Communication Skills:Superior verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present and influence credibly and effectively.
  • Customer Focus:Strong commitment to customer service and relationship building.
  • Analytical Skills:Proficiency in analysing sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to make informed decisions.
  • Self-Motivation:Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
  • Travel:Willingness to travel within QLD to meet with customers or interstate to attend industry events.
