Job Title: Graduate Agronomist

As a graduate agronomist, you will play a crucial role in the development and implementation of crop strategies that drive business growth.

The successful candidate will be responsible for working closely with clients to plan and execute crop strategies from sowing to harvest. This involves:

  • Assisting clients in planning and executing crop strategies
  • Gain hands-on experience in various agricultural roles
  • Monitoring crops for potential pests and diseases
  • Participating in field trial work to develop skills
  • Preparing for client visits and ensuring accurate data recording
  • Compiling and preparing client reports
  • Supporting the preparation and running of field days and crop walks
  • Pursuing ongoing training and development opportunities
About You

We are looking for individuals who possess strong interpersonal, written, and presentation skills, as well as a strong connection to the land and a passion for developing an agronomic specialisation.

Candidates should also have completed or be about to complete an Agribusiness/Ag Science degree with a broadacre focus and be self-motivated and able to work independently.
