Overview

Who are we looking for? We are currently looking for a highly experienced and disciplined Aircraft Painter to join our team in (Cairns, QLD). If you're a proactive, flexible and experienced professional with a drive to succeed, you're the type of person we would like to welcome onboard.

Responsibilities
  • Proven experience as a painter, with a good understanding of different techniques and materials preferably in the aviation, automotive or railway industry
  • Sound knowledge of paint preparation, paint mixing as well as application processes
  • Skilled in paint repairs, color matching and polishing
  • Familiar with paint related products and manufacturers
  • Good physical condition
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail, committed to deliver high-quality work
Qualifications
  • Australian Citizen or with full working rights in Australia
  • Red ASIC card (or ability to obtain)
  • Current Australian Driver\'s licence

Shifts run Monday to Friday across mornings and afternoons, with occasional weekend or night work when required.
