About theOpportunity

Our new glass factory in Yatala is our largest investment to date. It will recycle up to 200,000 tonnes of Queensland glass each year to produce 1 billion bottles. With advanced machinery and control systems, we ensure efficient, high-quality production. Located next to our box and can plants, the site will form a beverage container precinct, supporting customers and creating new job opportunities.

What you will do
  • Within the Hot End area, operate, monitor, and maintain glass-forming equipment within a highly automated glass production plant.
  • Oversee the transformation of molten glass into high-quality glass products, ensuring that production runs smoothly and meets strict quality standards.
What you will bring to the team
  • Hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment with confidence working with automated machinery.
  • A strong safety mindset and proactive safety attitude.
  • Good mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
  • Exposure to SCADA/PLC systems and continuous production environments is desirable.
  • A team player who communicates well and works collaboratively.

  • Rotating Shift: 8-hour shifts that include two consecutive weekends off every five weeks.

  • Starting rate from $40 per hour (Plus OT and Shift Allowance) onwards.
