Responsibilities
  • Contributing to the ongoing operations of procurement and supply chain systems to enable the full range of services to be provided by Procurement and Supply Chain Management across Health.
  • Adhering to security policies and guidelines regarding system and user administration.
  • Contributing to the achievement of agreed service levels.
  • Supporting the procurement systems by undertaking data updates, handling user enquiries, contributing to problem resolution and assisting in the preparation of business and system documentation.
  • Providing a customer focussed and professional service relating to the activities of the Directorate.
  • Contributing to the development of an integrated team approach and culture which is highly responsive to the needs of business stakeholders and end users.
  • Providing advice and guidance to user groups regarding core applications and how they work within their business processes.
  • Contributing to the analysis, planning, management and delivery of a range of procurement and business process improvement activities for SA Health.
  • Identifying and resolving system, integration or data issues and providing advice to end users.
  • Assisting the identification, review and evaluation of application, functional and user support requirements to support the core procurement and supply chain systems across SA Health.
Requirements and Compliance
  • Appointment will be subject to a satisfactory Criminal History Check and appropriate immunisation requirements.
  • Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander applicants are encouraged to apply.
  • Criminal History Screening Requirement: A National Police Certificate (NPC) or Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check (NCCHC) is required for employment involving no contact with vulnerable groups (general employment).
  • Immunisation Risk for this position is Category C (minimal patient contact).
  • SA Health Services are to implement the Addressing vaccine preventable disease: Occupational assessment, screening and vaccination policy in the workplace.
