Our Deposits and Payments product team is responsible for the operational excellence and product agenda of our Business Banking Deposit Accounts. What role will you play?

As a member of the Deposits and Payments product team, you will help shape the future of our Business Banking Deposit Accounts. Your responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement product features, ensuring compliance with regulations, leveraging data for pricing strategies, assessing margins, managing interest rate changes, leading change initiatives, and identifying opportunities for improvement in a dynamic environment.

What you offer
  • 3+ years of experience in banking, with a preference for Business Banking experience.
  • Strong Excel skills for data analysis and translating insights into decisions.
  • Effective stakeholder collaboration skills to deliver high-quality outcomes.
  • Excellent communication, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.
  • Experience with Agile, JIRA, or similar product management tools is highly desirable.
