About the role

We are seeking to expand our Casual pool of Relief Teachers to support periods of increased College activity and staff absences.

We welcome Primary and Secondary Teachers who are registered to teach in Queensland. All levels of experience will be considered.

This role is suitable for individuals looking for occasional work, with no guaranteed ongoing hours, as it operates on a casual basis.

The successful candidates will:

  • Demonstrate excellence in their teaching area and education practice.
  • Possess strong knowledge of pedagogy, curriculum, evaluation, and ICT integration.
  • Exhibit high-level written and verbal communication skills, capable of working constructively with students, parents, teachers, and staff.
  • Be able to foster a climate of trust within a Christian school setting aligned with the Anglican tradition.
  • Be eligible to work in Australia, hold Qualified Teacher status, and be registered with the Queensland College of Teachers (QCT).
  • Have a solid understanding of student protection requirements and procedures.
