Horticulturalist / Garden Maintenance Team Leader

The Botanical Group Landscape Construction & Maintenance is now hiring. We are seeking a skilled Horticulturalist / Maintenance Team Leader for an immediate start. The ideal candidate must be self-driven, hardworking, and have a minimum of 3 years' experience in the landscape industry.

Please no time wasters - experience in high-end domestic horticultural care is essential.

Experience in irrigation, horticultural practices, pest control, and disease management is essential.

Leadership experience is required. Successful candidates will be positively driven, capable of instructing and leading small crews daily.

This is a full-time position only.

A White Card (Induction Card) is required as a minimum.

The work primarily involves high-end domestic landscaping and multi-residential projects.

Applicants should be physically fit, have excellent work ethics, and hold the client in the highest regard with impeccable attention to detail to ensure work is completed to the highest standards.
