Our team is passionate about sustainability and garden maintenance. As a Horticulturalist/Garden Care Specialist, you will have the chance to work with a growing business and contribute to its success.
To achieve this, we require individuals with knowledge and experience in garden maintenance, preferably with a qualification in Horticulture.
Key Requirements:
- Plant identification, weed control, pest management, and disease awareness
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in using garden maintenance tools and equipment
- Experience operating zero-turn ride-on mowers and knowledge of organic gardening practices
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Australian Driver's Licence is essential
