Our industry-leading client in the energy sector is looking for a creative and strategic Training Journey Developer & Instructional Designer to design engaging, role-based learning experiences that inspire, educate, and empower employees to embrace AI tools and build their data literacy. In this role, you'll help bring our AI transformation initiative to life—making complex concepts clear, relevant, and actionable.

Candidates must have hands-on experience with needs analysis, Articulate Rise 360, and formal learning evaluation methodologies such as Kirkpatrick's levels of evaluation.

Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Rate: $38 - $48 / hr. w2

What You'll Do

  • Design end-to-end learning journeys and modular learning paths for AI personas (Builders, Users, Explorers).
  • Develop interactive digital training content using Articulate Rise 360 and deploy through the MyLearning LMS.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align training with AI adoption strategies and roadmap goals.
  • Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps, user challenges, and system capabilities.
  • Deliver foundational AI & Data Literacy content as part of a broader enterprise training initiative.
  • Apply adult learning principles to ensure content is engaging, effective, and measurable.
  • Iterate training materials based on learner feedback, adoption data, and evolving technology.

Tools You'll Use

  • Articulate Rise 360
  • MyLearning (LMS)
  • Microsoft 365 Suite (Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint)
  • Optional: Video editing tools & AI content generators for rapid prototyping

What You'll Bring

  • 3+ years in instructional design, learning journey development, or corporate training
  • Hands-on experience creating digital learning modules in Articulate Rise (or similar tools)
  • Strong grasp of adult learning theory and modern training delivery best practices
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to tailor learning to diverse stakeholders
  • Interest or background in AI and data concepts with a passion for emerging technology
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, innovative, and evolving environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience delivering IT or technology-focused training
  • Background in change management or business readiness
  • Familiarity with AI tools like Microsoft Copilot, GitHub Copilot, or enterprise AI assistants

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.

W2 employees of Eliassen Group who are regularly scheduled to work 30 or more hours per week are eligible for the following benefits: medical (choice of 3 plans), dental, vision, pre-tax accounts, other voluntary benefits including life and disability insurance, 401(k) with match, and sick time if required by law in the worked-in state/locality.
