Retail Assistant - Dry Cleaning Store

We are looking for a customer-focused Retail Assistant to join our team. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for fashion, attention to detail, and a talent for sales.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist customers with dry cleaning and garment care services
- Accurately tag garments and process orders with attention to detail
- Discuss special care instructions with customers and ensure clear communication with dry cleaners
- Understand customer needs and confidently upsell additional services
- Maintain a high level of customer service and build strong client relationships

**Requirements**:

- Experience in dry cleaning or similar clothing industry is highly desirable
- Background in fashion or clothing retail is welcomed
- Passion for high-end and designer garments with a keen eye for detail
- Strong communication skills and confidence in customer interactions
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets & KPIs

Position Details:

- Flexible full-time role
- Choose between: 4 days x 10 hours and 5 days x 8 hours

Applicants must be physically fit, ability to stand for long hours while assisting customers, lift heavy laundry bags, lift and carry multiple garments at the same time is the part of the role.

This is full time position. Not suitable for student visa holders.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
