Your Day-to-Day (but more fun than usual)

  • Lead and inspire a team of 8 brokers — coaching, developing and celebrating wins
  • Take ownership of a $600K+ portfolio across multiple industries
  • Ensure branch profitability, compliance and seamless client transitions
  • Provide strategic advice on complex risks and contract reviews
  • Drive branch growth through relationships, initiatives and your own ideas

You'll be a fit if:

  • You've spent 5+ years in commercial broking, ideally managing mid-market portfolios
  • You know your way around ISR, Liability, Financial Lines, Commercial Motor and Construction risks
  • You can review contracts and advise confidently on PI and construction exposures
  • You're ready to step up and lead — not just manage
  • You combine commercial acumen with the ability to develop people and influence outcomes
  • You're proactive, ambitious and thrive on shaping strategy
