Customer Success Manager - Fleet Management - All Australia

Our client is on a mission to make roads safer through innovative fleet safety technology. Their platform leverages real-time insights and data to promote safer driving, reduce accidents, and ultimately save lives.

They are now seeking a dynamic Customer Success Manager to manage and grow key customer relationships across the APAC region. If you thrive in SaaS, love working with enterprise clients, and want to make a real impact - this role is for you.

Location: Remote within Australia (applicants must have valid Australian work rights)

Employment Type: Permanent - Fulltime role

Must-have:
  • Background in Telematics, Fleet Management, or Fleet Safety software
  • Experience as an Account Manager or Customer Success Manager (not Sales)
  • Must be based in Australia and have valid Australian work rights
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the full post-sale customer lifecycle across enterprise fleet accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including C-level.
  • Ensure renewals, drive adoption, and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and escalation point for customer issues.
  • Gather customer feedback to support product improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including sales, product, finance, and support.
About You:
  • Experience as an Account Manager or Customer Success Manager with previous experience in SaaS within the fleet management/fleet safety sector is essential
  • Proven ability to manage enterprise or large customer accounts.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills.
  • Results-driven with a strong focus on customer success and business growth.
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
  • Familiarity with the automotive or fleet industry is a plus.
  • Proficient in Salesforce and MS Office.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and customer-focused.
