Overview

Join to apply for the Actuarial Analyst role at Greenstone Financial Services.

We're looking for a technically strong Actuarial Analyst to join our Actuarial Analytics team. Reporting to the Head of Actuarial Analytics & Innovation, you'll operate and enhance our long-term cashflow projection models, analyse experience and assess the impact of pricing or product changes. Your contribution will shape strategic decisions, pricing reviews, and operational improvements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and improve Greenstone's cashflow projection models
  • Deliver accurate monthly valuation results and reports
  • Analyse data and investigate anomalies in portfolio experience
  • Support strategic decision-making with impact analysis
  • Respond to ad hoc analysis requests from across the business
What are we looking for?
  • Tertiary qualifications in Actuarial Studies or similar quantitative field
  • 2–5 years' experience in an actuarial or analytics position
  • Demonstrated capability in programming and application of data analysis technique (e.g. data manipulation, statistical analysis and predictive modelling)
  • Clear communicator with ability to present technical findings
  • Strong analytical problem-solving skills and critical thinking
  • Proficient in SQL and Python (R desirable)
