Overview

Responsibilities
  • Process and manage supplier invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies
  • Prepare and process payment runs, including electronic funds transfers
  • Assist with end-of-month processes, including account reconciliations and reporting
  • Maintain accurate accounts payable records and support financial audits
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow and resolve invoice or payment queries
  • Support the wider finance team with general finance administration tasks as required


Qualifications
  • Previous experience in Accounts Payable or Finance
  • Experience using Xero or MYOB
  • Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and a good understanding of accounting principles
