Join HYDAC as a Graduate Sales Engineer in Melbourne, focusing on technical support and customer service in hydraulic motion and control.
Your RoleKey responsibilities include:
- Handling incoming phone-based inquiries.
- Specifying products using the latest sizing software.
- Creating formal quotations and processing orders.
- Offering technical support to External Motion & Control Engineers.
- Working as part of a professional team to deliver high-quality customer service.
- Focusing on fluid power for advice and support.
- Participating in HYDAC's Professional Graduation program with departmental rotations.
- Completing 10 internal Technical Training courses.
To be successful in this role:
- Demonstrate superior verbal and written communication skills.
- Hold a recent qualification in Mechatronic or Mechanical engineering.
- Be thoroughly organized and excel at multi-tasking.
