Our high-profile Employment & Industrial Practice is recognised as a leader, and we have represented many trade unions and individuals in landmark cases.

Join our highly rated Employment and Industrial Law team in our Brisbane Office to produce quality work for clients with a practical, commercial focus. You will meet with potential clients and apply your legal knowledge to strive for fair outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Produce quality work for clients with a practical and commercial focus.
  • Meet with potential clients and apply legal technical knowledge to strive for fair outcomes.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years' post-admission experience
  • Experience in Employment & Industrial law
  • Experience with conducting litigation in Tribunals and Courts
  • Experience with conciliation conferences or mediations
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Commitment to the values of Maurice Blackburn
  • Empathy for clients' circumstances
