As a Bid Writer at Future Leadership, you will play a pivotal role in shaping compelling, high-quality proposals that reflect our values, capabilities, and client-centric approach. You will be responsible for crafting persuasive responses to tenders, RFQs, and EOIs across a range of sectors.

The Position

An outstanding opportunity exists for an enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and service-driven professional to join our dynamic and growing organisation.

Future Leadership is seeking a Bid Writer to support the delivery of high-quality, persuasive proposals across our Advisory business. Reporting to the Managing Partner, Advisory, this role will collaborate with consultants and subject matter experts to develop tailored responses to tenders, RFQs, and EOIs -particularly within public sector and executive services.

You'll play a key role in shaping proposals that reflect our values, capabilities, and client-centric approach. Your day will be varied with activities including:

Coordinating the full bid lifecycle, including timelines, formatting, version control, and submission requirements
Maintaining and evolving a library of bid content, templates, and case studies
Researching client needs and market trends to strengthen proposal positioning
Reviewing feedback from past bids to drive continuous improvement
Supporting broader business development efforts, including capability statements and marketing materials

This role requires exceptional written communication skills, the ability to translate complex service offerings into clear value propositions, and a collaborative mindset. Strong attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple bids under tight deadlines, and a curiosity for leveraging AI tools to enhance bid quality and efficiency are essential.
