About the role

Kennedys Boutique is a proudly South Australian, size inclusive fashion brand that's all about style, confidence, and community. We're growing fast, and we're looking for a creative, data savvy, and big picture thinking Digital Marketing & Communications Manager to take our brand to the next level.

If you live and breathe eCommerce, love turning ideas into engaging campaigns, and get excited by both strategy and beautiful visuals, this could be your dream role. You'll work across our marketing channels to tell the Kennedys story, connect with our amazing customers, and keep the brand looking and feeling fresh, inspiring, and fun.

In this role, you'll:

  • Lead and inspire our small team, creating scroll-stopping content and driving online growth.
  • Shape and deliver brand and marketing strategies that boost visibility, engagement, and sales.
  • Manage budgets, track results, and make data-driven decisions to keep our campaigns firing.
  • Run Meta and Google Ads with precision, turning clicks into conversions.
  • Oversee our social media presence, bringing the Kennedys personality to life across Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.
  • Craft irresistible Mailchimp email campaigns and automated flows to keep our community coming back.
  • Keep our Wordpress store looking amazing and running smoothly, with a seamless shopping experience.
  • Bring creative flair to photoshoots, launches, and campaigns that excite our customers.
  • Work closely with our retail space and partners to roll out impactful marketing initiatives.

What we're looking for:

  • Full Australian working rights
  • 3+ years' experience in Digital Marketing for an eCommerce brand
  • A love for both creativity and analytics (and how they work together)
  • Hands-on experience with Wordpress, Mailchimp, Meta, Google Analytics, and eCommerce best practice
  • Proven success running campaigns that drive growth
  • A knack for Canva, Photoshop, or similar design tools
  • A positive, get things done attitude and a collaborative spirit
