This includes sell-in to the internal team and external salon partners, plus design and implementation of launch plans and creation of launch and promotional materials (working with our regional Graphic Designer).
  • Manage all aspects of brand image to both salons (B2B) and consumers (N2C), maintaining established global standards.
  • Work with our external PR Agency and Regional Comms Manager to seek out, activate and maximize all PR, Social Media, Sponsorship & Comms opportunities for the brands, in accordance with their individual brand strategies and to budget.
  • Support and/or lead the development of key customer trade events and programs that drive increased brand awareness and connection to our brands.

  • Experience as a proven leader of successful marketing teams or agencies across brand, digital and communications preferred.
  • Excellent presentation & communication skills and the ability to influence across the organization.
  • Hair/beauty/personal care/fashion category experience would be highly advantageous but not essential.
