Responsibilities:
  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth for Monks.com's Technology Services in the AUNZ region.
  • Business Development: Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities, focusing on enterprise clients and strategic partnerships.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential growth areas.
  • Pipeline Management: Manage a sales pipeline, accurately forecasting revenue and ensuring timely progress of deals.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including technical specialists, project managers, and creative teams, to deliver client solutions.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Provide regular reports on sales performance, market insights, and growth initiatives to senior leadership.
  • Achieve Sales Targets: Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of Monks.com's technology service offerings.
  • Industry Representation: Represent Monks.com at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
  • CRM Management: Accurately log and maintain sales pipeline information within CRM systems.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales or business development role within a technology vendor or technology services company.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in the AUNZ region.
  • Strong understanding of technology services, including software development, cloud solutions, data analytics, and digital transformation.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or a related field (preferred).
  • Experience with CRM systems, and experience logging pipeline within them.
  • Existing network of contacts within the AUNZ technology sector is highly desirable.
