Graduate Workplace Physiotherapist

Key responsibilities are as follows:
- Collaborate with partners to deliver tailored health programs.
- Engage in hands-on physiotherapy to improve employee health swiftly.
- Participate in operational projects to expand skills beyond clinical work.
- Work with a team of experienced Workplace Physiotherapists and leaders.
Ideal candidates will have:
- A passion for evidence-based musculoskeletal physiotherapy.
- Strong communication skills to build rapport and deliver exceptional service.
- Sound clinical reasoning for effective outcomes.
- Willingness to travel regularly across Australia and New Zealand.
- A drive for growth, innovation, and continuous learning.
Receive a competitive salary of AUD 80,000 - AUD 100,000, vehicle allowance, training, wellness, and telecommunications allowances, plus AHPRA registration and insurance coverage. Performance bonuses are available post-probation.
