Our Graduate ProgramAs a Graduate Workplace Physiotherapist you will work hands on with our partners to provide tailored and dynamic programs designed to improve the health of their people - fast Our graduate program provides you the skills and behaviours necessary to become a high performing Physiotherapist and member of the Employ Health team as quickly as possible. We provide you with…
- An experienced mentor and structured training program tailored towards your goals,
- Access to our team of highly experienced Workplace Physiotherapists and leaders,
- Additional qualifications & training, as well as a training allowance and training leave,
- Proactive feedback and goal-setting advice through structured meetings and assessments,
- Opportunities to work on operational projects to build your skill set outside of clinical work.
If you work with us, you will receive a competitive base salary and vehicle allowance, allowances for training, wellness & telecommunications and your AHPRA registration and insurance paid for. In addition, once you complete your probationary period, you will receive clear and measurable KPI's linked to a performance bonus to truly set you up for success.
