About the RoleThis HR Advisor role is based in Melbourne CBD and offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a growing team that supports employees and drives people initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Implement policies, procedures, and systems that drive effective outcomes for the community.
- Provide generalist human resources services to support employee needs.
- Participate in HR projects that enhance our processes and performance.
- Research and prepare documents for review and implementation.
- Support HR Business Partners in managing Employee Relations processes.
- Implement and maintain accurate reporting, data collation, and analysis.
- Apply HR best practices to develop practical solutions.
- Respond promptly to changing legislative requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Advisor in complex environments.
- Understanding of policies, procedures, and HR best practices.
- Ability to adapt in agile and dynamic work environments.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
