Position Title: District Manager - Digital SalesReporting Line: Sales Manager
Position PurposeExpand the product reach and profit revenues for ADP's Small Business Products and Services within the SME market, while achieving individual sales targets and KPIs as set by the Sales Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a solid understanding of ADP's product and service offerings through training sessions.
- Identify prospective clients and sales opportunities within your designated market segment (e.g., 1-199 employees).
- Promote ADP's products and services at industry networking events to harness additional sales opportunities.
- Be a self-starter and motivator, consistently achieving and exceeding sales results and KPIs.
- Manage cold calling and teleprospecting effectively.
- Remain resilient and tenacious in pursuing sales opportunities.
- Record and manage all client contact and sales-related information within the CRM system.
- Monitor and report on competitor activity and capabilities.
- 2-3 years of B2B sales experience.
- Experience in solution sales environments.
- Proven success in identifying, hunting, and closing new business.
- Ability to explain complex systems to non-technical clients.
- Experience in developing proposals and quotes.
- Networking experience at industry events.
- Experience with sales forecasting.
- Skilled in creating and delivering sales proposals and presentations.
- Experience in sales scoping and qualification.
- Knowledge of sales channels and pipeline development.
