What You'll Do
  • Know Your Customers: Understand their needs and guide them to the right vehicle solutions.
  • Grow Your Market: Identify new opportunities and expand your customer base.
  • Drive Sales Pipeline: Build and maintain a strong, consistent flow of leads.
  • Showcase Vehicles: Create accurate, eye-catching listings across digital platforms.
  • Achieve Targets: Consistently meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
What You'll Bring
  • Proven sales success, ideally in automotive, transport, or heavy vehicle sales.
  • Relationship-focused with the ability to manage leads and nurture loyal customers.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ambitious and target-driven with a solutions-focused mindset.
  • Strong negotiation and influence skills.
  • HR/HC license (desirable).
