    Oji Fibre Solutions QLD is a successful Aus/NZ division of the global Oji Group - the world's 5th largest pulp and paper company with over 31,000 employees globally and sales in excess of USD13 billion.

    Within the OjiFS Australian business, our plants manufacture corrugated cardboard boxes which play a crucial role in the presentation, protection, and transportation of customer products specifically within the Horticulture, Meat, Industrial, FMCG and Paper Products segments.

    This is a superb opportunity for a result driven, quality service orientated Business Development Manger to join our QLD Packaging business who will hit the ground running, securing further new sales, whilst managing key customer accounts.

    Reporting directly to the Sales Manager QLD Metro, the successful incumbent will be responsible for actively promoting the Oji Fibre Solutions brand and value proposition within the QLD metro region as being the preferred customer choice. This will be achieved by providing superior service and innovative packaging solutions to potential leads to win new business, as well as manage key account relationships, contributing to the sales strategy for the business.

    In order to be considered for this unrestricted opportunity, you must:
    • Have proven experience in successfully managing key customer accounts.
    • Ability to find and close new business opportunities.
    • Ability to establish and build long term relationships (business to business).
    • Thrive on working both independently and in a team.
    • Be persistent, driven for results and passionate for success.
    • Add value to our customers and optimise SOW, Margin, and ensure supply agreements/contracts are secured and maintained.
    • Strong communication skills both verbally and written.
    • Good knowledge of Microsoft suite of products.
    • Have a current Australian drivers licence.

    A background within packaging or fast paced manufacturing environments will be highly regarded but is not essential. In return, you will be provided with a supportive environment, competitive remuneration packages and recognition for engagement and service.
