Overview

Personal Carer | Blue Care | Warana Beachwood Aged Care Facility. Permanent part‑time positions offering a minimum of 30 hours per fortnight.

Responsibilities
  • Daily living assistance including showering, personal hygiene, help at mealtimes and general mobility
  • Providing care in accordance with the individualised Care Plan
  • Supporting community based recreational and social activities
  • While completing your certificate you will undertake these same duties, with the guidance of a qualified Personal Carer
Role Requirements
  • Experience with technology including smartphones, tablets, laptops, etc.
  • Confidence to satisfy the relevant probity checks required by legislation or policies
  • NDIS Workers Screening Clearance or willingness to obtain
  • Full right to work in Australia
Program and Training

The Program: Complete a Certificate 3 in Individual Support with us, while you earn an income. We'll connect you with government funding so you complete the certificate at no cost (valued at approximately $3,650).

Remuneration and Benefits
  • Remuneration: $32.08 p/hr + Super + Not for Profit Salary Packaging (Increases your take home pay) + Penalties & Allowances + Employee discounts
  • Save tax and increase your take home pay by salary packaging your everyday living expenses and bills (up to $15,900) and meal entertainment (up to $2,650) per annum
