The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced People Business Partner to join a dynamic and fast-paced environment for a well-known brand name business. This role will see you partnering with leaders in Retail Operations or Supply Chain & Manufacturing, providing strategic HR support and driving key people initiatives.

About the Role

As a People Business Partner, you will work closely with leaders to align people strategies with business objectives. You will play a critical role in fostering a high-performance culture, supporting talent management, and ensuring compliance with industrial relations frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Provide HR advice and coaching to leaders on engagement, performance, and talent.
  2. Champion a health, safety, and well-being culture across the organisation.
  3. Drive best practice in employee relations and industrial relations, ensuring compliance with awards and enterprise agreements.
  4. Support organisational design, change management, and workforce planning.
  5. Lead or contribute to key people projects that enhance business performance and employee experience.

About You

  1. Experience as a People Business Partner, or similar role within retail, supply chain, or manufacturing.
  2. EA exposure advantageous.
  3. Strong knowledge of employee and industrial relations frameworks.
  4. Ability to influence and coach leaders while balancing operational needs.
  5. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  6. Tertiary qualification in Business, HR, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
